Referral for Jungian Analysis & Psychotherapy

A consultation: how might psychotherapy or analysis help you?

Among the benefits of working with a trained Jungian psychotherapist or analyst can be an increase in self-awareness and the ability to reflect upon oneself, so that one has the inner tools to cope with life problems as they arise. Jungian analysis and psychotherapy are well suited to the exploration and resolution of a wide range of difficulties. These difficulties may be associated with anxiety, depression, feelings of meaninglessness, addiction, and traumatic stress. In addition, therapy and analysis can be helpful for problems of cross-cultural adaptation, problems related to sexuality, marital and relationship problems, problems related to creativity, spirituality, parenting, coping at work, and making adequate adaptations to midlife, aging and illness.

The Jung Institute's free, confidential referral service is available to help you find the right therapist to meet your needs. In addition to analysts and analytic candidates of varying ages and backgrounds who specialize in adult and couples therapy, this referral service can help you locate Jungian psychotherapists who work with children, adolescents, and families.

If you would like to know more, please e-mail us at clinic@sfjung.org or call 415-771-8055, ext 205. This referral service is confidential and free of charge.
